Privacy notice
Primasia Capital is a private single family office in Hong Kong. This notice explains how we handle the limited personal information we encounter when you visit primasiacapital.com or correspond with the office.

Information we collect
primasiacapital.com is an informational website. We do not operate any contact form, login, newsletter sign-up, or other interactive submission on this site, and we do not run cookies, pixels, or tracking scripts of our own. The only information we passively receive consists of the standard server logs generated when any browser requests a page — IP address, user-agent string, timestamp, referrer, and the path requested. If you write to the office at info@primasiacapital.com, we receive whatever you choose to put in that email (your name, email address, and the substance of your message).
How we use it
Server logs are used solely for administrative and security purposes — diagnosing errors, detecting abuse, and maintaining the integrity of the site. Email correspondence is read by the office and used only to respond to your message and to maintain a record of the exchange. We do not profile visitors, build marketing audiences, or use any of this information for advertising. We never sell or rent personal information.
Cookies and analytics
We do not set cookies on this site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint visitors; it produces aggregate page-view counts only. If a future version of this site introduces cookies of any kind, this notice will be updated before they are deployed.
Third parties
A small number of infrastructure providers necessarily process technical data on our behalf. Cloudflare, Inc. provides hosting, content delivery, and DDoS protection for primasiacapital.com, and in doing so receives request metadata as described above. Source code for the site is held in a private repository on GitHub, Inc. Email correspondence with info@primasiacapital.com is processed through Google Workspace. These providers act as data processors under their own published terms and security commitments; we have selected them for their established privacy and security posture and do not authorise them to use family-office data for their own purposes.
Your rights
If you have written to the office and wish to know what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, please email info@primasiacapital.com. We will respond within a reasonable period. Visitors based in Hong Kong have rights under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486); visitors in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom may have rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR. We will honour valid requests under either framework even where it is not certain that they apply to us.
Changes to this notice
We may revise this notice from time to time. The date at the top of the page reflects the most recent material change. Substantive changes will be flagged when they affect what information we collect or how we use it.
