What we are
Primasia Capital is a private single family office, established in Hong Kong, that manages the long-term capital of one family. The office focuses on alternative investments — private companies, real assets, and a short list of private-equity and venture-capital funds — on behalf of its principal, and does not serve any other client.
Regulatory status
Primasia Capital is not licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong and does not conduct any regulated activity under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571), including but not limited to dealing in securities (Type 1), advising on securities (Type 4), or asset management for third parties (Type 9). We operate exclusively as a single family office, an arrangement that under prevailing Hong Kong guidance does not, in itself, require SFC licensing where the office serves only members of one family and does not hold itself out as carrying on a regulated business with the public.

Nothing on this website is an offer, a solicitation of any offer, or a recommendation in respect of any security, fund interest, derivative, or other financial instrument. Nothing on this website is investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Primasia Capital does not, and will not, accept investment from outside investors, manage capital for third parties, or distribute investment products.
